The Osage County Health Department will be hosting a free Diabetes Empowerment Education Program put on by the Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative, starting October 12th. This class will meet once a week for 6 weeks. This course was created to provide tools for individuals to better manage diabetes and will cover topics such as the importance of a healthy diet, physical activity, and maintaining a positive outlook.

Gas Seep Report
All PHS Alums are welcome to the Oct 7th Reunion, especially reunion classes for years 10,20,30,40,50,60 and beyond. The 50 year Reunion Class of 1967 is in charge with all classes joining in. The PHS Homecoming Football game is scheduled for Friday night Oct. 6th, with the homecoming parade in historic downtown Pawhuska.
Plan on attending the Huge Celebration of PHS. This is going to be up and beyond a Great Time.
Special Announcements will be forthcoming for the event in the future in the Journal Capital newspaper.

***Pawhuska High School Yearbooks are in and may be picked up in Room F-1 at the high school. The best times to come to get the Yearbooks are from 12:00-1:30 p.m. and 3:20-4:30 p.m. There are a few extra yearbooks which can be purchased for $40 on a first-come, first-served basis.
