The staff members at Pawhuska High School work with students, parents, and guardians to create a safe, positive, and productive learning environment. We will work collaboratively to set high, but achievable academic and behavioral expectations that help students excel. We are as eager as the students and their parents and guardians for everyone to experience success in our student centered environment.

 

The high school years are exciting and full of opportunity. Our school will ensure that students have numerous opportunities to explore diverse ways to be an active learner. In addition to the variety of classes offered throughout the day, there are also many activities for students, parents, and guardians to be involved in. We understand that the more the students are involved in positive activities, the better they perform academically.

 

Students, parents, and guardians should be prepared for the changes that take place in a student’s life during the high school years. This is a time of great growth-physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially. Although these changes are exciting, they can also be challenging. We are here to make the change process a meaningful experience. Our staff is well trained and prepared to work with students in many ways to ensure success in all areas of their development.
